Peaceful, cozy house. Huge enough for my partner, myself and our four teenagers. We appreciated the beach perspective and loved that it really is just a quick stroll to the beach.
2 This assets is a wonderful location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it can be in critical need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Preceding reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. And so the house got loads of sand in it.
that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. each of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off every one of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do advise bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that come out during the early morning hours and when the Sunlight cultivation-techniques starts to established and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you indoors nevertheless. there can be a couple of state parks during the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is really an understatement for being honest! its a very family friendly place instead of the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly holiday vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I in all probability talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian move. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
The house is as marketed - nothing extravagant towards the house but amazing location over the beach. No, the house just isn't full of the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed.
